website? Let us know!

Are you unsatisfied with the way we handled your complaint? Then you may submit this to the Geschillencommissie Thuiswinkel (Consumer Complaints Board), PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in Den Haag (www.sgc.nl).
You can also submit your complaint to the Geschillencommissie by using the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
