What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

Click on the little person icon at the top right of the page and enter your e-mail address, then click on 'Next'. Then, click on 'Send me a sign-in link'. Check your mailbox and open the e-mail with the sign-in link. Go to your Studystore account by clicking on the link. In the menu, click on 'My information' and then under 'Password' on 'Change'. Enter your e-mail address again and click on 'Recover password'. Go back to your mailbox and look for the e-mail 'I forgot my password'. Click on the link to create a new password. Enter the desired password 2 times. Click on 'Here' to sign in immediately and your password has been changed!
