When will my order arrive?

It takes us 48 hours at most to ship the order. Every now and then, it can happen that we take a little longer. This is because we don't have certain items in stock (yet) at that moment. We'd like to point out that not having an item in stock usually means that it hasn't been printed by the publisher yet. As soon as we receive the missing item, we will send your order right away. If it looks like the missing item will have a long delivery time, we will send the remaining items in your order within 48 hours. The moment we ship the package, we will send you an e-mail with PostNL's Track & Trace code. You can also track your order through My Studystore.
